Nadika brings nearly 20 years of expertise in analytical and advisory roles across credit and equities. Before joining Asia Securities, she served as a Director at Fitch Ratings Sri Lanka (2014–2023), where she led the global rating agency’s research, evaluation, and ratings for some of Sri Lanka’s largest corporates, state-owned enterprises (SOEs), and financing structures across diverse sectors.
Previously, Nadika was the Head of Fixed Income at Acuity Knowledge Partners, spending nine years building extensive experience in fixed income and equity products. She worked closely with international investment banking, asset management, and private equity clients, while managing teams of over 25 analysts across equity and fixed income markets.
Nadika is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor of Law with Second Class Honours from the University of Colombo. She is also a Passed Finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA, UK) and holds an Advanced Certificate in Marketing (ACIM) from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, UK).
Currently, Nadika is a board member of CFA Society Sri Lanka and serves as its Treasurer.
